Forget the original Omnia, the Omnia HD is nothing but a distant memory; Samsung's latest offering the Samsung Omnia 2 is here. shall we begin? At first glance it looks like the typical touch screen to which we've become accustom, wait for it to come to life and you'll realise the monstrous 3.7inch screen far surpasses it's predecessors. And it doesn't stop there, crammed into its shell is the latest AMOLED technology - (basically it saves battery life, makes the touch screen super accurate and sharpens your images). Mix this with a very modest 8GB of memory, built in GPS, a very worthy music player, and have we mentioned Windows Mobile 6.5? The 5 megapixel camera may seem tame for the new Samsung 'Beast', but with so many extras don't let it fool you. What's more, Samsung has made the most of its AMOLED technology, bringing possibly the sharpest images to date. Let the battle of the smartphone begin.
